Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and contribute to the leasing plan for assigned retail mall
Assist the team in the general marketing of units
Conduct market research on the retail mall sector
Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of market research methodologies
Ability to multi-task
Creative problem-solving skills
