You will be assisting the Lease Management (Property Tax) team with the Additional Property Tax computations.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of additional property tax payable by tenants
Examine relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements
Check on the viability of claw backs from tenants
Prepare and send letters to tenants on relevant claw backs of property tax payable when initiated
Respond to and interact with tenants regarding their queries
Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants
Track and monitor payments by tenants
Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks (i.e. AV review) as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Valuation, Finance, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
Strong verbal and written skills
Knowledge of real estate or valuation will be an advantage
Meticulous and pro-active
