Job Description

What You Need to Do

  • Coordinate and arrange training programmes.
  • Implement relevant examinations and prepare result sheets.
  • Finalize examination results and calculate relevant incentive schemes for employees.
  • Arrange reviews as required by the relevant stakeholders.
  • Translate content from Sinhala to Tamil.

What You Need

  • Partially completed degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration from a recognized university.
  • Ability to translate Sinhala into Tamil.
  • Ability to handle MS Office applications would be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
