Job Description

Objectives of the Position

  • To support the design, coordination, and delivery of employee learning initiatives
  • Contribute to creating engaging learning experiences


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning events
  • Support the creation and editing of e-learning materials for On-boarding Revamp Project.
  • Manage training logistics including scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training records


Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Interest in training, talent development, or organizational learning
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate, Adobe) is an advantage


Technical & Professional Knowledge

  • A growth mindset with curiosity to learn and improve.
  • Passion for develop creative solutions.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills. (other language is added advantage)
