Intern ‐ Lean Enterprise

(Based at Embilipitiya)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Team Leader and Group Leader functions in daily operations.
• Support plant‐wide 5S activities, audits, and improvement initiatives.
• Support Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement projects.
• Support KPI monitoring and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Final year undergraduate or a fresh graduate in Physical Science, Management, Statistics, Mathematics.

• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point.

• Good communication skills and team working.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
