Job Description

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment and exposure to key business functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in building foundational skills within the industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and special projects as assigned

  • Maintain organized files, records, and tracking systems
  • Support internal communications and coordination across departments
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas where appropriate
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and confidentiality at all times
  • Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned

  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate

  • Small to Medium office environment

  • Office, Casino, Nightclub, bar, lounge, and/or restaurant

  • 5-25% Local Travel (United States)

  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume

  • May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required

  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

  • Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
