  • SharePoint Online fundamentals: lists/libraries, permissions basics, metadata, views, versioning.
  • Automation mindset: experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Automate (triggers, approvals, connectors) and understanding of error handling.
  • Scripting & data handling: basic PowerShell and/or Python, comfortable with CSV/Excel and data cleanup.

· ServiceNow familiarity (advantageous): forms, catalog items, workflows, basic ITSM concepts.

  • Quality & confidentiality: careful handling of internal data, attention to detail, and willingness to follow processes.
  • Collaboration: proactive communication, ability to work with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive) and strong general IT affinity.
  • First experience with automation (Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, VBA, or similar) is required.
  • Comfortable working with structured data (tables, Excel, CSV) and documenting changes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or wiki platforms is an advantage.
  • Language: English required; additional languages are a plus.

OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS / COMMENTS

  • Key deliverables/KPIs: reduced manual effort through automation (hours saved), improved data quality (completeness/accuracy), and improved discoverability of knowledge (updated pages, structured libraries).
  • Main interfaces: CAS team members, process owners, ServiceNow platform/support team, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint administrators.
  • Projects: automated document intake & filing flow; CAS-Wiki template rollout and content cleanup; SharePoint inventory list with scheduled reporting; SNOW form field optimisation and validation improvements; SES–Intelsat tooling consolidation and migration support (inventory/mapping, migration readiness, data/content migration support, and validation).
