Job Description

CREATIVITY IS OUR SUPERPOWER. It’s our heritage and it’s also our future. Because we don’t just make toys. We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play. Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE

We believe the best ideas emerge when everyone can be their authentic self. We value different perspectives, bold thinking, and genuine diversity. We want you to feel seen and heard and to bring your own unique creative energy to the table.

  • You analyze the performance of our products and promotions using sales and market data as well as store checks
  • You support the presentation of our new products and innovations to our retail partners
  • You work closely with Brand Management, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain and provide support with forecasts, product availability and delivery performance, among other topics
  • You support the team at trade fairs and industry events, such as the Spielwarenmesse toy fair in Nuremberg

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • You are a student of Business Administration/Economics, Business Information Systems or a comparable degree program
  • Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in customer service, sales or Key Account Management
  • You have very good English and German language skills and are confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are a communicative and open-minded person who is quick to understand new topics
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You work independently and reliably
  • You are curious and excited to discover the great variety of our brand portfolio
