Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a scalable, web-based dashboard integrating data across multiple IT and security domains
  • Collaborate with tower leads to define, standardize, and onboard KPIs and KRIs
  • Build data ingestion pipelines and API integrations from systems such as:
    • Monitoring and observability tools
    • ITSM / service desk platforms
    • Security systems (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability management tools)
    • IAM and audit tracking systems
  • Develop intuitive visualizations and reporting layers covering:
    • Service reliability (uptime, SLAs/SLOs)
    • Incident and change management metrics
    • Network and infrastructure health
    • Security posture (alerts, vulnerabilities, access risks)
  • Implement an executive dashboard layer that translates technical data into business-relevant insights and trends
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability to support audit and regulatory requirements
  • Work with Audit & Governance to align outputs with internal controls and reporting standards
  • Assist the IT Governance Lead in planning, preparing, and executing cybersecurity initiatives, including:
    • Cyber tabletop exercises
    • Post-exercise reporting and insights tracking
  • Document system architecture, data sources, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Familiarity with frontend development (e.g., React, Vue, or similar frameworks)
  • Basic experience with backend development (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java)
  • Understanding of APIs, data integration, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Interest in data visualization and dashboard development
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
