The Opportunity

Responsibilities:
Assistingend users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or in-person
Supportingthe installation and configuration of computer systems, applications and peripherals
Documentingtechnical problems and solutions for future reference
Assistingend usersinusing IT systems effectively
Collaboratingwith the IT team on projects such as system upgrades and application rollouts
Maintaininginventory records of IT equipment and contributingto technical documentation development
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing aBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Possessing basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS), networking and troubleshooting tools
Must have basic knowledge of M365applications
Should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Should be ableto work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
