Job Responsibilities

• Create documentation of troubleshooting guides on servers, network, application and client devices with guidance from SMEs
• Track and manage versions of documents
• Consolidate and manage all such technical documents in a centralized storage location provided by the company
• Develop and implement processes for document control
• Ensure proper categorization and organization of documents
• Participate in meetings and record, review and distribute minutes of meetings

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
• Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements

Experience

• Familiarity with basic documentation tools is a plus

Other Prerequisites

• Meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation
• Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying gaps and proposing improvements
• Able to commit to full-time work arrangement from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship.
