As part of the Investor Relations & Communications team of CapitaLand Investment Limited, you will support a range of initiatives across both functions, including financial reporting, investor engagement, and corporate communications.
Responsibilities
Support the preparation of key deliverables such as quarterly financial results, annual reports, stock market analyses, and financial marketing materials in a timely manner
Assist in preparing investor profiles, briefing materials, and presentation decks for investor meetings and conferences
Provide event support for investor relations activities, including results briefings, non-deal roadshows, and investor conferences
Support the development of internal materials, including board paper, research updates, daily market summaries and peer benchmarking
Curate and create engaging content and visuals for social media platforms and CLI website
Analyse and report on CLI’s and competitors’ social media content and performance
Maintain and update corporate website content
Assist in the development of the CapitaLand Investment Wikipedia page
Support in the management of content libraries and information databases (eg. image/video library; media database)
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or any other relevant disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with Bloomberg, and digital content and design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, social media management and Content Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage
Strong organisational and communications skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented , meticulous, and able to work accurately under time constraints
Basic understanding of real estate, finance, and/or accounting concepts
