Key Responsibilities:
Communication of new initiatives: Supporting the deliverables of the new processes and programs to the company globally
Research & Market Analysis: Conduct research on emerging technologies, sustainability trends, and market dynamics relevant to MANN+HUMMEL’s business areas, including filtration, automotive, and industrial solutions.
Investment Evaluation Support: Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities by conducting market analysis, financial due diligence, competitor assessments and creation of investment thesis.
Financial Modeling & Reporting: Help build financial models, investment projections, and assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders.
Startup Scouting & Innovation Identification: Assist in identifying innovative startups, technologies, and business models that could align with MANN+HUMMEL’s strategic goals.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work with various internal departments to identify cross-functional innovation opportunities and strategic investments.
Preparation of Presentation Materials: Help create presentation decks, reports for management.
Education: Currently pursuing a Degree or Masters in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and research skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Interest in sustainability, emerging technologies, and investment strategies.
Desirable: Familiarity with financial modelling or valuation methods (a plus). Previous experience (internships or academic projects) in finance, investment, or technology is a bonus. Passion for innovation and sustainability in a global context.
