Job Description

Your tasks

  • Single point of contact for the acoustic evaluation. Identify the opportunities on production line to optimise the wase. Evaluate the requirments of mahcine and transfer into specification of requirments.
  • This Plant acoustic engineer becomes the first point of contact in case of: Acoustic problems on EOL; setting up of EOL acoustic parameters; basic acoustic evaluations; support of QU claim reports, etc; Preparation of all necessary documents and instuctions for manufacturing equipments like PFD,PFMEA,WI,Check sheets.
  • Support to customer team industrial Engineering for Industrial Engineering tasks incuding the planning and procurement of manufacturing equipment on time.
  • Active involvement in assembly line trails,procss validation activities for new projects.
  • Responsible for process capabilty studies,POKA YOKE on assembly lines.
  • Responsible for the customer/IATF and internal audits for IE function.
  • Responsible for daily assembly line and equipment process problem solvings as CFT member.

Your Profile

  • BE/BTech Electronics/Electrical or Equivalent Qualification.
  • Experience: 0-1 year.
  • Knowledge in work studies.
  • Knowledge in Electronics manufacturing.
