Job Description

• Process Flow Learn to analyze and optimize the wafer sort, final test, and backend processes in semiconductor production.
• Factory Layout (AutoCAD) Learn to design and improve factory floor layouts using AutoCAD for efficient space utilization and equipment placement.
• Time Study Learn to conduct time studies for final test and backend operations, using Excel to analyze data and identify efficiency improvements.
• Exposure to Equipment Gain hands-on learning experience with semiconductor testing, handling, and backend packaging equipment

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing / Process/ Mechanical/Electronis Engineering.
• Knowledge in Excel and Autocad are added advantage
• Preferably available for a 4- to 6-month placement, commencing Aug 26
• Please state your internship period in your application
