Job Title

Intern in Transport Team (all genders)

The IWD (International Warehousing and Distribution) team is responsible for the transport of the ordered Philips products or components to production. They process shipments, monitor and track the freight, and manage the carriers involved in transportation. The team is in contact not only with Customers, but also with Business, Market and Functions

Your role

  • Preparing daily meetings (lean daily management boards)

  • Excel master data for transport orders and freight audits

  • Supporting transport department with daily tasks

  • Reporting and following up on assigned issues.


You're the right fit if

  • You are currently studying towards your University Degree, ideally related to Logistics

  • You are fluent in English (at least B2)

  • You are available to work 40 hours/per week

  • You have an intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge & analytical skills

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
