Who will you be joining?

We are looking for a motivated and curious Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d) to join the Transformation Office at our modern and innovative Allianz SE Headquarters. As part of our team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that drive productivity, digitalization, process improvements, and innovation across Allianz.

In this role, you will work on exciting projects that explore how technology can simplify and enhance the way we work. You will collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design creative solutions that make a real impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business transformation and innovation while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

How can you make an impact?

• Work closely with product managers and team members to understand and document business needs and challenges.
• Support the design and development of innovative solutions to improve business processes.
• Explore new technologies, such as automation tools and artificial intelligence, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in creating solutions that are easy to use, scalable, and adaptable to different business areas.
• Document findings, ideas, and solutions in a clear and organized way to support knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives that impact various parts of the organization.

What are you made of?

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, and automation technologies.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
