Your responsibilities :
Day to day activities within the scope of A2R area, in particular:
Preparing manual/automatic/recurring posting and entering them into the system as part of the general ledger
Reconciling balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts
Managing fixed assets records
Contact with requesters/other GBS departments in order to cover ongoing topics
Assisting in day to day administrative tasks in compliance with GBS’s internal procedures and instructions
Our requirements:
Fluency in English
Ability to work in Microsoft Office
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
