About the team you are joining

Looking for a highly organized and collaborative Intern, IATA Clearing House Customer Success, contributing to existing member activities growth. This role is in supporting existing customer engagement plans.

Reporting to the ICH Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with the ICH and the SIS “Simplified Invoicing and Settlement” Teams. You may also interact with Sales and Marketing Teams.

ICH is the oldest IATA financial system processing over USD65b worth of transactions yearly and generating over USD16m revenues.

What your day would be like

  • Contribute to customer success and product adoption, helping customers to realize measurable value while supporting revenue and volume growth.
  • Support onboarding, training, testing and change-management activities to accelerate adoption and ensure successful implementation.
  • Help in coordinating new process definition for specific markets

Experience & Qualifications

University degree, business school or engineering (within one year of graduation)

Enthusiast about aviation sector

Understanding of technology, EDI, XML, ERP integration a plus

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes

Good communication skills and Excel knowledge

Collaboration & Leadership

Customer focus mindset.

Problem solving enthusiast

Cultural awareness dealing with different parts of the world and culture

Listening capacity, understanding customer needs.

Team player

Excellent English language skills, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
