  • Review technical documentation, manuals, service bulletins, knowledge articles, and test information to support accurate and consistent technical responses.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service, Engineering, Quality, Training, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to support product knowledge sharing and field issue resolution.
  • Help create, update, or organize technical service resources such as troubleshooting guides, process documents, knowledge base articles, and service reference materials.
  • Develop professional communication skills by supporting clear written and verbal technical communication with internal teams and, when appropriate, customer-facing support channels.
  • Gain exposure to safety, regulatory, and service compliance expectations related to technical support and field service activities.
  • Travel on site to service Hypertherm equipment in the field with Technical Service Engineers

  • Interest in technical troubleshooting, customer support, service operations, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
  • Highly self-motivated, curious, and willing to learn new products, systems, and technical processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently on assigned projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude preferred; experience with troubleshooting, lab work, shop tools, or industrial equipment is a plus.
