JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in:
• Human Resources or Business Administration
• Psychology
• Communications
• Data Analytics * • 3.0 GPA or higher (transcript required)
• Ability to work 32 hours/week between May and August (Jacksonville, FL)Applicants should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn HR systems.

The starting salary for professional positions will be determined based on education, licenses, certifications, skills, experience, and alignment with salaries for similar roles within the organization. The starting hourly rate for positions with a pay step plan will be Step 1 of the corresponding union contract.
