Job Description

Duration: January to May/June 2027

Allowance ranges from SGD 650 – SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education)
Location: Seletar, Singapore

Join our People team and gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of Human Resources initiatives that support the employee lifecycle. This internship offers the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to HR operations, employee engagement, process improvements and the application of AI and data analytics within the function.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting HR programs and activities across onboarding, learning and employee engagement initiatives
  • Reviewing and enhance HR content to improve employee experience and accessibility of information
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining HR dashboards, analytics and reporting tools using platforms such as PowerBI
  • Exploring opportunities to leverage AI and digital solutions to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency and enhance employee experience
  • Supporting the review and update of HR policies, procedures and documentation and other projects as assigned

Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or other related disciplines
  • Highly motivated learner ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerBI or AI tools would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative and keen interest in process improvement, digitalisation and making Rolls-Royce the best place to work
