Intern ‐ Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate HR Administrative tasks.
• Assist in Employee Engagement Programs.
• Maintain Employee Records Create Flyers & Videos.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to employee engagement and retention.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of employee relations and HR administration practices is an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
