Mercer
Assists on HR matters from employees and managers on a variety of HR matters including policy, compensation, employee benefits and other related HR issues.
Assists colleagues with the execution of business and HR plans as well as HR related issues and matters brought forward by employees and managers.
Drafts and prepares materials for the roll out of projects in the client groups which include Talent Management status reporting, data quality reviews and preparation of talent meeting materials, Performance Management processes, assessment status reporting from Careerlink, tracking of poor performers, compensation reporting and year-end meeting preparation assistance.
Assists compensation with job evaluations, year-end and other compensation processes, and with ER matters to help prepare for conversations by retrieving and obtaining employee profiles, compensation and benefits information and other data.
Participates and assists in HR initiatives and key deliverables as assigned and needed.
