MAS Fabric Park is Sri Lanka's first and only privately owned apparel intensive free trade zone. Its operations focus primarily on the development and value addition of fabrics. The Park spans across a sprawling 110 acres in Thulhiriya and Giriulla, playing a strategic role in the vertical integration of the MAS supply chain as well as leading critical sustainability targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Selection - Assist in the Team member grade recruitment.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
Assist in OTL function of the SBU
Support in planning and organizing employee engagement events and welfare programs.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions and logistics.
Participate and assist in ongoing HR projects.
