As an Human Resource Intern, you will support the delivery of training programs, onboarding activities, and day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. You will assist with training coordination, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives, working closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and practical experience in people operations within a corporate environment.
Provide support in development and execution of training programs for employees in Singapore
Assist in training logistics, materials preparation, and post-training follow-ups
Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
Assist with the administration of HR initiatives, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
Provide support for HR-related events, such as employee engagement activities.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with confidence in working with diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Basic understanding of HR policies & practices is an advantage.
