Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing activities
• Assist in arrangement of interviews
• Perform basic data analysis and provide insights and prepare reports using the analyzed data
• Understand HR operations and perform the necessary scope of work to support the various HR units within the department
• Comfortable with multi-tasking including taking on projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required
• Clean up of new hire data

• Clearing of department physical boxes with hardcopy data

Job Requirements:

• Keen learner; interest to pursue HR as a long term career and keen to learn more about the profession specifically the role of a HR generalist
• Highly motivated individual with an analytical mindset and keen to challenge the status quo
• Detail-oriented and competent in using Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills and confident disposition to deal with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to commit from May 2026 onwards for a period of six months.
