Intern – Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maintaining positive workplace relationships by supporting communication, resolving minor concerns, and promoting a collaborative environment.
• Support HR initiatives such as training coordination, employee engagement activities, and documentation to enhance workforce development.
• Contribute to programs that empower women and promote social responsibility, including organizing events and supporting related projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
