At PwC Malaysia, our Human Capital (HC) team plays a key role in driving the firm’s people strategy. Within HC, the Talent Management team focuses on developing, engaging, and supporting our people to reach their full potential. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in talent development and engagement initiatives, as well as exposure to HR operations and stakeholder coordination, while learning how a global professional services firm nurtures and manages its workforce.
PwC Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Talent Management team on a short-term basis. This role offers hands-on exposure to talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations within a dynamic professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Management activities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development and engagement initiatives
Schedule and coordinate talent conversations, including managing calendars and meeting logistics
Send meeting invitations, track attendance, and ensure timely follow-ups
Support the end-to-end logistics of talent-related activities (e.g., workshops, engagement sessions)
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to talent processes
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to commit for 3–4 months, with availability to start in June preferred
