What are your contributions to the team?

• Support HR Business Partners in a variety of initiatives and employee-related matters, including employee engagement, compensation, promotions, talent management, and employee relations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and best practices.
• Prepare HR analyses, reports, and key metrics while providing administrative support to the team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to support HR projects and decision-making.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Knowledge of SAP or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is considered an asset.
• You have strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• You are a highly motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are detail-oriented and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in your work.
• You are well organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You maintain a positive attitude and are approachable and collaborative.
• You are able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when required.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
