In search for Excellence, John Keells Logistics (Pvt) Ltd (JKLL), a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is a leading Integrated Logistics Services Provider with over 12 years of experience in operating and managing Multi User Logistics fulfillment centers, Diverse transport fleets, Temperature controlled logistics and Supply chain consultancy services spanning across multiple industry verticals.

What you need to do

• Assist in ensuring compliance with management system requirements (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22000:2018) across all operational locations.
• Support the process of obtaining or renewing required licenses and permits.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with legal, client, company, and other applicable requirements.
• Analyze data related to health & safety, sustainability, etc., identify trends or patterns, and communicate findings to relevant departments.
• Assist in incident investigations and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure that identified deviations are addressed in a timely manner.

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree from a recognized university.
• Proficient in the MS Office package.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Demonstrates the ability to excel in both team-oriented and self-directed environments.
• Willingness to travel to all operating locations as required.
