As an intern in the HR Shared Services (Operations) team, you are part of the support team that will provide shared services for the HR Business Partnering team in HR transactional activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in HR system updates, e-filing of employee personal documents, and generate HR e-letters
Process staff movements including triggering new hires, Company/Department transfers & offboarding processes
Process and follow up on all position change requests for employees
Prepare headcount reports, when necessary
Support the team in streamlining and digitalisation of work processes, and update the workflows as and when there are changes
Participate in RPA and other ad-hoc projects assigned
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Detailed-oriented and meticulous
Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
