Participation in international HR projects and taking on independent work packages
Support in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of workshops and strategic HR meetings
Involvement in the development and implementation of communication measures
Support in the creation of HR marketing concept and development of international personnel development concepts
Design and creation of eLearnings and participation in international training and workshops
Support of administrative activities
Observation in training, workshops and HR meetings
Studies in business psychology, business administration / work and organizational psychology with a focus on HR, intercultural psychology or a comparable field of study
Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel and organizational development
Initial practical experience in HR work
Enjoyment of independent and creative work
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
Strong MS Office skills and proficiency in English, as you will be working in an international team where English is the primary language of communication
