Job Responsibilities:
• Support the HR Business Partner / People Partner - Lead on all people-related matters for the business unit such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, and staff administration.
• Handle simple queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Support 2027 annual budgeting exercises including staff planning/cost budgeting and initiation of performance management by developing relevant charts and notes
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for monthly updates meetings
• Assist with implementing HR initiatives to support business growth, e.g., Employee Engagement programmes and Town Halls.
• Support new hire onboarding programme and activities.
• Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist with other HR marketing, communications, or project coordination tasks as required
• Maintain and refresh content across websites, intranet, and social media channels
• Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning and execution of internal staff engagement events and initiatives including Engagement programmes as required
Job Requirements:
• Working towards a tertiary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be preferable.
• Proficient in Google suite, Canva and knowledgeable in employment laws (e.g., Employment Act) would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the confidence to engage all staff levels and business stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to challenge existing processes constructively.
• Team-oriented with a flexible working style.
• Able to commit minimally 3 months of internship.
