Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the main processes across Hire to Retire. You will become a focal point supporting our colleagues in successfully leading their employee-facing initiatives across Lundbeck globally. It is a unique chance to work alongside dedicated colleagues who develop innovative treatments that improve the lives of people living with brain diseases.
Your future team
As our H2R intern, you will be part of H2R Operations Team who consists of around 14 people. H2R Operations Team is part of People Services department that is responsible for HR processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world. We are working on many projects that aim at making Lundbeck #1 in Brain Health.
