You willassistthe team in coordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement activities,managedata collation,andpreparecollateralssuch as EDMs, videos and content forCLIwebsite

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop content,programmes, collaterals, communications, and processes for/with eachgroup of stakeholders to bring the sustainability strategy to life, deepen stakeholder-relationships andtrust, and generate positivebehaviouralchanges and innovative thinking

  • Assistin keeping sustainability content updated on the corporate website

  • Research, draft and compile information for projects, events, and media requests

  • Work with CapitaLand’s business units and corporate functions to ensure seamless and effective execution of stakeholderprogrammesand activities

  • Be involved in administrative coordination for projects or events and on-site support

  • Monitor, review, and report feedback to measure effectiveness and impact of engagement in meeting the goals of the sustainability strategy

  • Perform other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree inBusinessManagement,Marketing, Public Relations,Media &Communications, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Adept in design tools and applications such asCanva,Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Strong verbal and written skills withproficiencyin English

  • Interest in project/event coordination and drafting/editing of write-ups will be a plus

  • Creative and meticulous
