Intern / GLOBAL TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT

BOSS, SWAROVSKI, DAVIDOFF & EUROPEAN BRANDS

6 months internship from January 2027

As a Global Trade Marketing Assistant, you will join the central Global Trade Marketing team, supporting iconic Prestige fragrance brands including Boss, Swarovski, Davidoff, Escada, and Joop!

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a truly international environment, working directly with global, regional, and local teams while contributing to the execution of high-impact launches and strategic initiatives.

YOUR MISSION

You will help drive operational excellence and business performance across our Prestige fragrance portfolio by connecting global strategies with local execution.

Based at our Paris headquarters, you will act as the voice of the markets and the voice to the markets, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment, and flawless execution worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with Senior Trade Marketing Project Managers to coordinate key markets globally.
• Consolidate and track trade plans, launch readiness, commercial deliverables, and key milestones.
• Lead post-launch analyses by consolidating market feedback and developing impactful presentations.
• Monitor business performance and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct trade marketing, category, competitive, and ad hoc business analyses, turning data into actionable insights.
• Participate in market calls, capture key learnings, and share best practices across teams.
• Support operational trade marketing requests and launch execution across markets.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product Marketing, 360° Marketing, Gifting, and Supply Chain teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and global product launches across multiple brands and regions.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT IF YOU...

• Are pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Have previous internship experience in marketing, sales, consulting, luxury, or FMCG.
• Are fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data.
• Are highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools, with the ability to transform data into compelling, insight-driven presentations.
• Combine attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Enjoy solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Thrive in multicultural, collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships across teams.
