Our Digital Media Team at BMW Group Headquarters is globally responsible for paid digital media strategy, governance, enablement and infrastructure across all BMW Group brands. We work closely with regional hubs, local markets, agencies and global media partners to define standards, scale best practices and continuously evolve our digital marketing ecosystem.

What awaits you?

  • You will support the development and maintenance of global paid media strategies and guidelines for digital marketing teams worldwide.
  • Furthermore, you help build and evolve frameworks, standards and best-practice materials such as playbooks and documentation.
  • In addition, you support the preparation and follow-up of global digital media community formats, coordinate inputs from markets and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Moreover, you collaborate with global media partners and agencies to analyze new products, features and advertising environments.
  • You will also receive regular feedback from your mentor while contributing independently to tasks.

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in marketing, media, business or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising.
  • Independent, structured and proactive mindset.
  • Strong interest in global marketing and digital ecosystems.
  • Curiosity for innovation, AI and new advertising solutions.
  • Very good English skills; German is a plus.
