Your new responsibilities
-AI & Automation Projects
Support project manager for project planning, implementation, and progress tracking. Collect and analyze project data and KPI performance. Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on project activities. Support testing and deployment of automation solutions.
-CMF (Critical Manufacturing MES) Projects
Support project manager for requirement gathering and documentation. Assist User Acceptance Testing activities. Track project issues, risks, and action items. Prepare training materials and user guides. Facilitate communication between business users and project teams.
-APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) Projects
Support project manager for production planning and scheduling analysis. Assist data collection and scheduling performance evaluation. Participate in project workshops and meetings. Maintain project dashboards and follow-up trackers. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
-Wuxi 28 Productivity Projects
Support project manager for productivity and digitalization initiatives. Assist benefit tracking and productivity reporting. Analyze operational data and prepare management presentations. Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
-General Project Support
Support project manager for organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Track action items and project milestones. Maintain project documentation and records. Support ad-hoc analysis and assignments.
What we look for
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-Strong capability in data organization and presentation.
-Able to manage multiple tasks with guidance and supervision.
-Strong learning agility and proactive mindset.
-Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools, MES, APS, Python, or Automation technologies is a plus.
-Good English communication skills
