Job Description

As an Intern Full Stack Developer (Mid Term Capacity & Pipeline Management Tool), you will develop a tool that visualizes team capacity, planned projects, deadlines, and workload and this for a mid-term timeline. The goal is to support realistic planning and detect scale up or down of the team in the next 3 months.

Your responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and translate them into user stories

  • Design the data model and API layer in .NET.

  • Build dashboards and visual components in React.

  • Implement workflows for pipeline and workload management.

  • Deploy the solution to RedHat OpenShift

  • Document the solution and hand it over to the team

Your profile

  • Analytical mindset — You can translate planning and workload challenges into clear technical requirements

  • Basic .NET skills — You can work with C#/.NET or are motivated to learn it to build APIs

  • SQL understanding — You know how to design simple data models for capacity and pipeline data

  • React fundamentals — You can build dashboards and visual components in React

  • Structured way of working — You organize your tasks well and work independently

  • Clear communication — You document your work clearly and communicate effectively with the team

  • Language skills — You are fluent in Dutch and English
