Job Description

As an intern for PCML S&D HSSE, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) activities and programs. Your contributions will help ensure the well-being and safety of our workforce and the sustainable management of our operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a supportive and professional setting.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HSSE programs and initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct HSSE audits and inspections to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Collaborate with the HSSE team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the investigation and reporting of incidents and near misses.
  • Participate in HSSE training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSSE activities.
  • Support the development of HSSE awareness and education programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of HSSE reports and presentations as required.
  • Degree holder in Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HSSE management and a commitment to safety excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months to the internship program.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
