Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed intern to join our Production LDPE team,
preferably with an IT background.
In this role, you will generally support our team by performing data analysis and data
management, handling production documentation and reporting. The responsibilities include,
but are not limited to, the following:
1. Assist in maintaining training records and tracking attendance and progress of trainees
to ensure that training goals are met.
2. Help in collaborating with trainers and employees to gather feedback and make
necessary adjustments to training materials and programs.
3. Liaising with external training service providers to ensure that training needs are met
and training interventions are effective.
4. Enhance Capability Power BI database to streamline and enhance our training tracking
process which will significantly improve capability reporting capabilities and support
data-driven decision making.
We will ensure that your tasks as a trainee align with your academic background and
institutional requirements. Your workload will be monitored and guided by an appointed
Internship Supervisor to ensure a balanced and productive experience.
In addition to technical contributions, we aim to involve the trainee in organizing periodic
departmental engagement activities such as town halls, training sessions, and department
meetings. Upon joining, the trainee will also be required to undergo HR and HSE induction,
as well as departmental familiarization and introduction
