Job Description

  • Assist TC in coordinating technical training, competency programs, and leraning activities for
    maintenance personnel.
  • Support scheduling, registration, and tracking of internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain and update training databasers, trackers, attendance lists, and competency matrices in
    accordance with PETRONAS requirements.
  • Prepare training-related documentation such as letters, attendance sheets, reports, and
    presentation materials.
  • Support administration of learning programs in line with PETRONAS requirements.
  • Compile training status updates and learning progress reports for MTCE.
  • Help organize assessments, workshops, technical sharing sessions, or knowledge management
    activities.

By the end of the internship, the intern will gain exposure to:

  • PETRONAS training governance and MTCE capability development framework.
  • Competency-based training management in a refinery environment.
  • Maintenance and technical workforce development practices.
  • HSSE culture and operational excellence within PETRONAS.
  • Professional communication and coordination in an industrial setting.
