Key Responsibilities
Risk & Assurance Support
Assist in the preparation, compilation, and maintenance of risk registers, assurance trackers, and audit documentation.
Support audit activities, including evidence collation, document reviews, and follow-up tracking of findings and corrective actions.
Support the tracking of initiatives transitioning from project phase to commercial or operational status.
Business Commercialization Support
Assist in documenting commercialization readiness elements, including governance setup, operational controls, assurance mechanisms, and compliance requirements.
Support compilation of data related to commercialization criteria such as operational readiness, control effectiveness, and post-implementation monitoring.
Assist in preparing materials or trackers related to commercialization milestones, gates, or performance indicators.
Governance & Compliance
Support monitoring of compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements relevant to terminal operations, logistics, and retail stations.
Assist in maintaining governance documentation such as procedures, guidelines, and assurance checklists.
Support tracking of regulatory requirements and updates relevant to HSSE, operations, and licensing activities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Compile and analyze operational, audit, or compliance data using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, or internal systems.
Assist in preparing presentation materials, dashboards, and summary reports for internal stakeholders.
Support digitalization initiatives related to assurance tracking, workflow automation, or document management.
Administrative & Project Support
Provide administrative support for related meetings, including preparation of materials and minutes.
Support ongoing projects
Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to risk, assurance, and operational governance as assigned by the supervisor.
