Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Targeting & Customer Segmentation

  • Support MARCOM in designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop customer segments based on behavior, usage patterns, demographics, and lifecycle stages.
  • Assist in building data-driven recommendation lists for campaign targeting.

2. Customer Performance & Behavioral Analysis

  • Track and analyze customer performance metrics including acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn.
  • Identify behavioral trends and insights to help optimize marketing strategies.
  • Prepare dashboards or summary reports to highlight customer movement and patterns across segments.

3. Campaign Performance Measurement

  • Support post-campaign analysis, including uplift measurement, cohort performance, and ROI assessment.
  • Identify key success drivers and improvement opportunities for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with MARCOM and Analytics teams to refine campaign strategies based on findings.

4. Reporting & Visualization

  • Prepare regular analytics reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Build data visualization dashboards (e.g., in Power BI).
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all reporting work.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the MARCOM, Data, and B2C product teams on campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis requests related to B2C customer performance.

What You’ll Learn
✔ Practical experience in marketing analytics and customer insights
✔ How to translate data into actionable recommendations
✔ End-to-end campaign lifecycle support (targeting → execution → performance measurement)
✔ Exposure to B2C product and marketing operations within the CAD Division
✔ Hands-on experience with analytics tools and frameworks

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  2. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  3. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.) is an advantage
  4. Curious, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with numbers
  5. Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
