We are looking for an outspoken, confident, and energetic intern who enjoys engaging with people and has a strong interest in coordinating internal events. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and is confident enough to take on emcee roles when needed.
Aside from administrative duties, you will play an active role in supporting our team with planning and executing various internal events and activities. This includes helping to coordinate logistics, assisting with event communications, and participating as internal event support.
You will also assist sections in Admin department with tasks such as creating posters for email blasts, drafting communications emails to all staff and attending meetings to take minutes. You should be proactive, willing to help with any tasks assigned by your supervisor, and enthusiastic about contributing to both ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
