As a Financial and Support Systems Intern, you will support the team in the day-to-day administration and operation of financial and support systems. You will assist with user support, system testing, and documentation activities, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations and project delivery. This role offers exposure to system administration, user support processes, and governance activities within a corporate environment.
Day-to-day financial system administration/operations, supporting the team in managing and responding to user support requests.
Track, follow up, and help resolve system issues raised by users.
System testing (UAT) for system enhancements and upgrades, maintaining system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Support ongoing projects and initiatives managed by the team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for information gathering and follow-ups.
Help prepare documentation for audits, reviews, and compliance checks
Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Information Systems, or related disciplines
Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes, IT systems, infrastructure etc.
Interest in financial systems, technology, and process improvement
Proficient in MS Office
Organized and eager to learn
