Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Enter invoices and related information accurately and timely into customer portals.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to confirm required information is complete and accurate.
• Follow customer-specific portal requirements and maintain accuracy across multiple systems and formats.
• Track invoice submissions and statuses, identify missing information or errors, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain organized records of invoice submissions and supporting documentation.
• Assist with basic reporting, file maintenance, and other administrative activities supporting the NAM Inside Sales organization.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
