What You'll Do
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS:
Identificación y verificación de activos (con base en marca, modelo, número de serie, entre otros).
Etiquetado de activos y generación de etiquetas de identificación.
Colaborar en la integración y actualización del listado maestro de activos fijos.
Crear un expediente para cada activo, incluyendo la documentación de soporte correspondiente.
Tomar fotografías de los activos.
Apoyar en el análisis e investigación relacionados con los activos fijos.
Habilidades Generales / Competencias / Conocimientos Especializados
Estudiante de la Licenciatura en Contabilidad.
No se requiere experiencia previa.
Conocimientos en Microsoft Excel y Adobe.
Persona organizada, proactiva, con sentido de urgencia y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
