Responsibilities:

• Learn various Products being sold and serviced in India
• Learn various aspects of field service including radiation safety
• Learn to analyze System Log and system generated reports
• Learn aspects of Remote connectivity, Remote service
• Be part of Elekta service team to learn routine Preventive Maintenance of Elekta Equipment
• Understand significance of each Service KPIs and analyze KPIs for the region.
• Observe Field actions pertaining to Predictive & Proactive cases on the designated modalities.
• Learn FCO process and support other Engineers on monitoring and timely closure.
• Read, analyze, interpret, and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Observe Patient treatment workflow at Customer site.
• Learn Parts order & inventory management process
• Perform simple service jobs with supervision/guidance of Senior Engineers.
• Incorporate Elekta Values, uphold highest level of compliance and integrity.
• Adhere to all Elekta directives, policies and procedures
• Uphold Elekta’s philosophy and all policies and procedures by maintaining appropriate controls to assure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of our organization

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies:

EDUCATIONal qualification and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Engineering Degree, preferably in Electronics /Bio-medical or associated discipline.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi/Local Language
• Basic technical/analytical skills in the area of PC/Network Computing and Operating systems
• Familiarity/proficiency with the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, CLM
• Ability to effectively interact with colleagues/customers (via phone and face-to-face)
• Proficiency in the use of test equipment and hand tools including oscilloscopes, multi-meters.
• Be a self-motivated worker, able to interact and communicate well with all levels of the business/employees

· Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time when required and work independently.
